Conrad Siegel Expands Leadership Team, Names Four New Partners

Harrisburg, PA – July 29, 2020Conrad Siegel, delivering comprehensive employee benefits and investment advisory services, today announced that Trevor Bare, FSA, David Lytle, FSA, CFA®, James Pyne, and Ashley Wise, FSA, CERA, have been appointed partners at the firm.

Bare, a consulting actuary, began his career at Conrad Siegel in 2006 as an analyst. Throughout his nearly 15 years at the firm, he has cultivated his expertise in retirement plan consulting and administrative services for defined contribution plans. He now leads consulting for Conrad Siegel’s employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) clients and specializes in complex nondiscrimination testing and tax shelter plan designs.  

Lytle, an investment consultant and Chief Investment Officer of Conrad Siegel’s Investment Advisory Services, advises on defined benefit plans and investment accounts for corporations. Lytle began his career at Conrad Siegel conducting actuarial valuations for pension plans and has continued to diversify his experience, moving to the investment advisory team, providing him with a unique, holistic perspective when counseling clients. He also specializes in investment research, analyzing market conditions, asset allocations and investment funds. 

Pyne, a benefits consultant with Conrad Siegel’s health and welfare group, provides strategic counsel for private sector employer and tax-exempt organization benefit plans. Pyne has been with the firm for nearly 15 years and is one of the foremost local experts on the impact of the Affordable Care Act and employer reporting requirements. He works with clients to solve complex healthcare plan challenges, analyzing the financial viability of the plan, consulting on plan offerings, and advising on compliance standards.

Wise is a consulting actuary with Conrad Siegel specializing in corporate defined benefit and pension plans for private sector employers, tax-exempt organizations, and municipal clients. In addition to her expertise in actuarial valuations, pension accounting for corporate and municipal plans, and defined benefit plan projections, Wise helps lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient transition. She is also a core member of the firm’s Information Technology (IT) Committee where she works with staff to enhance systems and optimize operational processes.
