Helping clients more easily fulfill their responsibility
We provide clarity like no other. Our goal is to tell you what you need to know, why you need to know it, and what you need to do about it.
Our conversations are high level and to the point because we want to use your time wisely.
Our reports are straightforward so that you have understanding. Our investment philosophy is simple yet sophisticated so as not to overwhelm but still provide for long term value.
Our fees are transparent, we recommend the lowest costing available share class and no revenue sharing so you know the true cost of your retirement plan.
We do all of this as a nationally ranked* advisory firm with over $5.8 billion in assets under management as of 6/30/19. We know retirement plans. 90% of our assets are for defined contribution plans and 94% of our consultants carry a professional designation.
We want to get to know you—personally connecting with our clients to create the clarity that surrounds your retirement plan. Clarity will help take your retirement plan from where you are today, to where you want to be.

We educate. We customize. And we’ll run with it (with as much control as you delegate to us).
We start by providing you with the background information that you need to know to make good decisions.
We then get to know you so that we can provide impactful insights and recommendations. We can keep it simple or take it to a sophisticated level; lining up our ideas with what’s appropriate for your participants.
We then assume fiduciary responsibility and it’s up to us to keep you informed and proactively make recommendations for improvements.
Transparency to communicate your true cost
Fully disclosed. No commissions
Our philosophy is to fully disclose all costs. We receive no commissions from any of the mutual funds that we recommend and if any revenue sharing is paid, we recommend that it be returned automatically to participants invested in those funds.
Investment committee basics
Your retirement plan’s Investment Committee is most likely composed of individuals with extremely busy schedules and a small amount of time dedicated to discussions surrounding your plans investments. So how do you make the most of their limited availability?
Know your fiduciary role!
Those who oversee qualified plans are either very familiar with the role they play for their employee retirement plan, or do not clearly understand the significance of their fiduciary duties. It is important to know your job within a qualified plan and what your fiduciary role is.
The Do’s and Dont’s of your 401(k) fund lineup
It’s important to have stated goals but you shouldn’t make decisions off the cuff. Your fund lineup should offer a full suite of “easy” options but you shouldn’t make too many or too few changes. Learn more about the do’s and don’ts of your 401(k) fund lineup.
