Jim is a member of Conrad Siegel’s health and welfare group providing benefit plan consulting to private sector employers and other tax-exempt organizations. Jim brings a spectrum of expertise to employers to help them solve their most complex healthcare challenges: actuarial expertise to help clients with the financial components of their health plan; benefit expertise to assist them with their employee health plan offerings; and compliance expertise to keep them from reading hundreds of pages of IRS rules and guidance. With this, Jim helps measure the impact of healthcare reform, the Affordable Care Act, and its Employer Reporting requirements. Jim fits right into our actuarial ilk here at Conrad Siegel and can’t wait to get his hands on a sweet set of clean data ready to be analyzed.
Jim has been with the firm since 2006 when he joined right out of college. Since then, Jim has been a staple on our healthcare team where he continues to partner with local organizations, simplifying the complexities of their healthcare plans.
Jim truly enjoys rolling up his sleeves to help clients solve complex problems in unique ways. Sleeves-up, you might catch him also taking in a college basketball game or riding coasters at Hersheypark with his daughter.
