Rob specializes in group healthcare consulting and works with private sector employers, tax-exempt organizations, large associations, and Taft-Hartley health and welfare trusts. In addition to his client-facing role, he is chair of Conrad Siegel’s health & welfare committee. He has special consulting expertise with school district health trusts, rating and funding methodologies, and medical and prescription drug vendor contracting. To go along with his work in healthcare plan design, funding, reserve & rate calculations, and employee cost-sharing arrangements, Rob has also worked on GASB 45 and other post employment benefit (OPEB) plan valuations.
Rob is well-known to Conrad Siegel’s clients as someone one who is extremely passionate about his craft. His greatest strength is his ability to communicate impossibly complex, detailed matters in simple-to-understand terms. Rob has been using his math and actuarial acumen at Conrad Siegel for over 20 years to help organizations maximize the value of their benefit programs for employees. Rob gets the most satisfaction out of the client relationships that he has formed over the last two decades and the opportunity to work with people that truly consider Conrad Siegel a trusted advisor.
At home, his relationships are also the source of great pride where he spends time with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, you might find Rob hitting the links at a local course or using his athletic skills developed playing football and baseball at Bucknell University.
