A new type of 401(k) – built to save you time & money.

Affordable: Allows you to “pool” resources with other local organizations to save on traditional costs.
Easy to start: Designed to be hands-off. We take care of everything and will have your plan up and running in a flash.
Flexible: Saving under the plan is optional. You make the decision on an employer match. Tradition/Roth options.
Locally supported: The plan is fully managed by the team at Conrad Siegel. Your staff won’t be calling an automated call center, they’ll have direct access to our friendly team.

What is a PEP?

A pooled employer plan (PEP) is a retirement plan that allows unrelated organizations to participate in one plan managed by a pooled plan provider.

Instead of multiple organizations having their own retirement plan, each organization can join one plan together.

What makes it a good fit for Pennsylvania non-profits?

Reduced administrative burden: Non-profit teams are typically stretched quite thin and running a retirement program can be a daunting task. The Central PA 401(k) is straightforward to manage.

Cost: The plan is typically priced competitively because it pools resources with other local organizations.

Simple: The plan is a simple tool that can help your team save for retirement.
