Matt specializes in turning large data sets into clear, concise, and actionable information for group health and welfare benefit plans, private sector employers, and welfare trusts. His strengths include prescription drug pricing analysis and design, comprehensive benefit statements, and coordinating Central Pennsylvania’s largest employee benefit survey. Matt enjoys finding solutions for nontraditional healthcare problems.
Matt joined Conrad Siegel in 2012 as an actuarial analyst gaining experience in healthcare, governmental filings, and postretirement healthcare benefit valuations. He transitioned to his current client manager role in the Health and Welfare department in 2019.
When he is not in the office, Matt enjoys spending time with family, traveling to watch the Sixers, reading, and volunteering as a member of the Alumni Council at Elizabethtown College.
