Lauren is a Client Manager on our Health and Welfare team. In her role, she supports benefit consultants with day-to-day work for clients. If you’re one of the firm’s Healthcare clients (or participants), you’ve likely heard from Lauren or seen her work. She helps provide COBRA & Direct Bill administration for clients, conducts open enrollment meetings, and develops employee facing communication materials.
Lauren has over 10 years of experience working in employee benefit consulting and joined our team in 2021. She holds her PA Life & Health license. As she started her professional career, Lauren graduated from Central Penn College with a degree in business administration and a concentration in healthcare administration.
Outside of work, you can find Lauren spending time with her daughters – watching her oldest play softball, crafting with her youngest daughter, and camping together as a family.
