Jason is the operations manager for our defined contributions (DC) line of business. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality, productivity, and efficiency of the DC staff.
Jason brings a wealth of knowledge to the DC team. He joined Conrad Siegel in the summer of 2000 and has played many roles in the DC department. He started out by doing valuation work for 401(k) and profit sharing clients while along the way gaining some experience with cross-tested plan contributions. In 2015, Jason earned his Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). Jason has a long history of leading our staff support team and has been a key contributor to many DC/IT initiatives for both internal staff and external clients. Many of the procedures and systems that are in place today are a direct result of Jason’s leadership. Jason has a strong attention to detail and puts together lists to stay organized. He might even admit to being a perfectionist, always going above and beyond to discover optimal solutions. Jason finds the most joy encouraging others and finding solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Jason is married and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two cats. He serves his church as a member of both the deacon committee and the worship team. Outside of the office, you might find Jason playing on a softball field or kicking back and enjoying a random sporting event. Jason is player-manager for his church’s slow-pitch softball team and also serves as a league officer in charge of scheduling. He is an avid fan of Penn State football, the Green Bay Packers, and the New York Yankees, and he is on a quest to visit every major league baseball park.
