Frank is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer where he is responsible for working with leadership in administering the compliance and supervisory policies and procedures of our investment advisory firm. He also serves on the firm’s investment committee to develop and maintain the investment philosophy and recommendations for Conrad Siegel’s Investment services.
Frank has been with Conrad Siegel for more than three decades, many of them as a consultant. Frank credits his success to always providing timely, responsive advice to meet clients’ needs that is always in their best interests. He has specialized in consulting for defined benefit pension plans and defined contribution retirement plans and has worked with private sector employers and tax-exempt organizations. Frank has special expertise in workers’ compensation consulting, actuarial loss reserve calculations, and actuarial ratemaking analysis for self-insured workers’ compensation funds.
When not at work, Frank puts his skills to work at the Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren, having served in many leadership roles, currently as Treasurer. Taking advantage of central Pennsylvania’s rich history and landscape, he and his wife own the Rising Locust Farm in Manheim, PA.
