Frank is a consulting actuary, and chairs Conrad Siegel’s compliance committee. He specializes in consulting for defined benefit pension plans and defined contribution retirement plans and works with private sector employers and tax-exempt organizations. Frank has special expertise in workers’ compensation consulting, actuarial loss reserve calculations, and actuarial ratemaking analysis for self-insured workers’ compensation funds. He is also proficient in actuarial valuations, employee communications, governmental forms preparation, and pension accounting cost calculations. In addition, Frank also assists family lawyers in valuing and dividing retirement assets in divorce situations.
Frank has been with Conrad Siegel for more than three decades, 25 of them as a consultant. Frank credits his success to always providing timely, responsive advice to meet clients’ needs that is always in their best interests.
When not advising clients, Frank puts his skills to work at the Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren, having served in many leadership roles, currently as Treasurer. Taking advantage of central Pennsylvania’s rich history and landscape, he and his wife own the Rising Locust Farm in Manheim, PA.
