Ethan serves Conrad Siegel as an in-house ERISA Attorney and is tasked with supporting both our clients and internal consultants. For clients, Ethan assists plan sponsors with designing, drafting, and amending retirement plans and participant notices. For our internal consultants, he serves as an essential resource for complying with ERISA and IRS qualification requirements.
Ethan brings a great deal of experience to the firm, having practiced law for over 10 years. His experience includes serving as an attorney at a national law firm, advising clients on a wide range of labor and employment issues. He has also served as an attorney for the Department of Labor, enforcing federal labor law statutes.
Outside of work, Ethan has two children and his family has a goal of visiting as many Pennsylvania state parks as possible. A natural strategic thinker, he also enjoys playing tennis and chess. On Sundays, you’ll find him cheering on the Eagles and then rooting for the Phillies throughout the summer.
