Conrad Siegel Partner & Consulting Actuary Trevor Bare Honored On Central Penn Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 List

Trevor Bare, Partner & Consulting Actuary at Conrad Siegel has been named to the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2021 Forty Under 40 List. The Central Penn Business Journal annually highlights the top forty local business leaders under 40 for their commitment to professional excellence, business growth and community service.

At Conrad Siegel, Bare is a specialist in retirement plan consulting and administrative services for defined contribution and defined benefit plans. He works closely with clients to consult on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), 401(k), profit sharing, government, and cash balance plans, often customized to fit their particular objectives. Trevor also serves as a member of Conrad Siegel’s compliance committee and specializes in complex nondiscrimination testing and tax shelter plan designs.

“Trevor is a tremendous asset to Conrad Siegel and very deserving of this honor”, said Tom Reese, Partner & Consulting Actuary at Conrad Siegel. “Around the firm, he is known for always stepping up and doing more than what is asked by his clients and colleagues. In the ESOP community, Trevor has developed a national reputation as a thought leader in the industry – speaking at national events and working with industry organizations across the nation. He plays an essential role in our day-to-day operations and future vision at the firm.”

Outside of his work at Conrad Siegel, Bare stays involved with his community by serving as a Member of the ESOP Association’s Administrative Advisory Committee, an Elder and Board Member at Sunnyside Mennonite Church, and a Member of the Lancaster Mennonite School Alumni Board.

The Central Penn Business Journal will recognize Bare and other award recipients with an event on Thursday, October 14 at the Hilton Harrisburg. For more information on the Forty under 40 list, please visit https://www.cpbj.com/event/forty-under-40/.
