Conrad Siegel Receives 2018 PSCA Signature Award for Fiduciary and Plan Decision Guide
Conrad Siegel Recognized Nationally for Retirement Plan Communications Work with HB Global
Conrad Siegel, delivering comprehensive employee benefit and investment advisory services, earned a Plan Sponsor Council of America (PSCA) Signature Award for its fiduciary and plan decision resources.
The PSCA, part of the American Retirement Association, is a community of employee benefit plan sponsors that serves as a resource to policymakers, the media and other stakeholders to improve retirement security for millions of Americans. The group’s mission is aimed at expanding on the success of America’s voluntary, employer-sponsored retirement system to help provide long-term financial security for businesses and individuals.
The annual Signature Awards recognize excellence in retirement plan communications to plan sponsors and plan participants around the country. Conrad Siegel was honored for its work with HB Global, LLC, a leading mechanical service provider.

As part of its annual review with HB Global, Conrad Siegel developed a consulting packet to provide the company’s plan sponsors with a customized plan decision resource. It served as a guide to quickly evaluate how employees utilize the plan, review how its plan performs in terms of preparing employees for retirement and how it stacked up against benchmarking data, address fiduciary concerns and ensure that the plan meets company goals.
The consulting packet was boiled down to be clear, simple and easily understandable so that plan sponsors can monitor their plan, identify any needed adjustments, and ultimately allow them to continue to grow their team and business.
Conrad Siegel and HB Global were honored at the PSCA’s 71st national conference in Scottsdale, Ariz. Opening up the conference, the Signature Awards highlighted plan sponsors and service providers whose communication was engaging and proved to drive action. A judging panel of 24 business leaders, primarily plan sponsors, selected 32 winners across the 11 categories.
