Cassie oversees daily, quarterly and annual projects for defined contribution plans. Plan sponsors work closely with Cassie to ensure required government filings, plan audits and participant communications are executed on-time and efficiently. As a member of the Compliance Committee, Cassie provides support for defined contribution plan compliance by conducting research and liaising with IT to develop and manage systems that facilitate compliance processes.
Cassie’s experience comes from over 10 years in retirement plan administration. Her career began as a Retirement Assistant at Conrad Siegel. After attaining her Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation, she served as a member of the firm’s plan conversions team, eventually working her way up to the Retirement Manager role in 2013.
Cassie’s drive comes from her belief that we are all accountable for making the best use of our talents. This philosophy pushes Cassie to give her best whether she is working on a project for one of her clients or spending time with her family. When she’s not in the office she can usually be found burning energy with her family at a local park, at the river or in their backyard.
