Cara specializes in providing individualized service to group health and welfare benefit plans, private sector employers, and welfare trusts. Her strengths include benefit and claim analysis, health and welfare plan design, employee cost-sharing, reserve and rate calculations, and renewal negotiations.
Cara joined Conrad Siegel in 2000 with the firm’s Defined Benefit Pension and Retirement Service sector and amassed over 13 years experience working with corporate and government pension plans. In 2014, she took the opportunity to expand her knowledge and expertise by transitioning to the firm’s healthcare sector where she continues to provide dedicated service to the firm and clients.
When not providing efficient and strategic benefit solutions to valued clients, Cara enjoys spending time with family, traveling, music and the arts. Her guilty pleasure — planning her next baking endeavor while pounding out Les Miserables on the piano!
