As a Retirement Manager, Brian specializes in providing consulting and administrative services for defined contribution retirement plans. He works closely with clients sponsoring employer stock option plans (ESOPs), 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, 403(b) plans, and 457 plans. He also assists with managing Conrad Siegel’s pooled employer plan (PEP). His expertise lies in compliance testing, government filings, daily valuations, employee communications, plan document preparation, and IT problem solving.
Brian’s expertise comes from 10+ years of experience in various areas of the financial sector, including payroll management, tax return preparation, and corporate accounting. He started his career in tax accounting, later bringing his financial knowledge to Conrad Siegel in 2012 as a retirement plan administrator. He has been helping clients with their recordkeeping and third party administration needs as a Retirement Manager since 2016.
Brian is a problem solver and is always looking for ways to make tasks more efficient, like writing spreadsheet macros to complete projects quicker or making suggestions to improve systems and procedures. He enjoys partnering with his clients to solve their retirement plan related needs and building long lasting relationships in the process. Outside of the office, Brian can usually be found on the golf course, catching a sports game, or spending time with his two daughters.
