Laura is an expert in all forms of retirement plans and works with many private sector clients of all sizes. She is a noted specialist in working with school districts and institutions of higher education, with special consulting expertise in other postemployment benefits (OPEB) plan valuations. Laura played a key role into growing the firm’s OPEB line to where it is today, working with over 300 school districts in Pennsylvania.
Laura joined Conrad Siegel and its defined benefit team in 1998. She later moved on to the retiree medical sector where she lead that department when OPEB accounting took off in the late 2000s. Since 2013, Laura has been leading operations for Conrad Siegel’s Defined Contribution line of business.
Laura’s passion for helping clients establish and maintain attractive retirement programs can also be seen in her work throughout the community. Laura has served on the Board of the Capital Area Girls on the Run since 2013 while also volunteering with the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and their HR Committee. After work, Laura can be found spending time with her family and planning their next travel adventure together.
