If you’ve ever met Brian, you know it. Brian is an outgoing, self-described “people-person” and one of the most recognizable faces to Conrad Siegel’s clients. He develops relationships through the educational programs that he delivers to clients for participants and their retirement plans. Brian’s key objective is to bring plan implementations to life by educating participants on their benefits and how to best use them. This also maximizes the benefit for the sponsoring organization by giving participants more appreciation of their benefits and of the organization sponsoring them.
Brian’s work necessarily keeps him on the road often, which he enjoys. His real passion is crawling out from behind the wheel and interacting with plan participants, sharing knowledge, and bringing plans to life for them. Brian’s greatest skill is his ability to listen. To this end, he finds himself on-site most of the time working with employees to listen intently to their questions and educate them on a holistic understanding of their plans in plain-talk terms.
Brian uses his interpersonal skills on the baseball field too where he has coached his son’s little league team for the last 5 years. Any free time that he gets is normally spent with his wife and 3 children. Together they enjoy challenging his ability to listen by cheering on the Philadelphia sports teams and attending concerts.
