Conrad Siegel is pleased to announce that Krista Mamet, Consulting Actuary, has been named to The Lancaster Chamber’s 30 Under 30, recognizing young professionals who are making a significant impact through their leadership, professional achievements, and community involvement.
Since joining Conrad Siegel as an actuarial intern in 2017, Mamet has built a career centered on helping clients navigate complex retirement and actuarial matters. Today, she advises retirement plan sponsors and works with divorce attorneys to provide retirement benefit valuations, combining technical expertise with a thoughtful, client-focused approach.
Throughout her career, Mamet has embraced opportunities to grow and lead, gaining experience across pension consulting, actuarial analysis, operations, and team leadership before moving into her current consulting role in 2026.
Outside the office, she serves as a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run, helping young girls develop confidence and life skills that extend well beyond the program. Her dedication to mentorship and community involvement exemplifies the values celebrated by the 30 Under 30 recognition.
