Krista is a Consulting Actuary at Conrad Siegel where she works with clients to navigate complex retirement plans and actuarial matters. She provides support to retirement plan sponsors and also partners with divorce attorneys to provide valuations of the marital value of retirement benefits, helping clients address important financial considerations during the divorce process.
Krista joined Conrad Siegel as an Actuarial Intern in 2017 and began her full-time career with the firm after graduating from college. Since then, she has held a variety of roles within the Actuarial practice, gaining experience in pension consulting, actuarial analysis, operations, and team leadership. In 2026, she transitioned into her current consulting role where she combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach.
Outside of work, Krista enjoys spending time with her husband and their two English bulldogs. She also enjoys running, biking, traveling, playing guitar, and exploring new coffee shops and restaurants throughout Lancaster. As a volunteer coach for Girls on the Run, she is passionate about helping young girls build confidence and develop skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
