As an Investment Consultant, Sean focuses on partnering with the sponsors and investment committee members of defined contribution plans, working with our investment team to customize retirement programs that meet client’s needs and objectives. Sean supports clients through monitoring investment lineups, fees, employee education, and services. Sean is also involved with maintaining Conrad Siegel’s extensive fiduciary training program.
Sean began his career as a retirement plan manager for non-qualified deferred compensation plans. He quickly grew his skills and knowledge base, transitioning into a consulting role where he would meet with clients to design and implement deferred compensation plans. Sean’s role assisted clients in attracting and retaining employees while also preparing them for retirement. He has continued his career in retirement plans to help companies create and maintain retirement plans for their employees.
When not working, Sean enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two children. He also enjoys the outdoors, especially hiking, biking, and fly-fishing.
