Harrisburg, PA – July 1, 2025 – Conrad Siegel, delivering comprehensive employee benefits and investment advisory consulting, has announced the appointment of Sean Duffy, QPFC, AIF®, as a partner at the firm.
As an Investment & Fiduciary Consultant, he provides consulting services for defined contribution retirement plans. His work focuses on collaborating with organizations to develop investment lineups, manage plan expenses, and reduce fiduciary liability.
In 2025, Duffy was recognized individually as a Top Retirement Plan Adviser by PLANADVISER. He also serves as a key leader on the team honored as a Top DC Advisor Team by the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA). As a whole, Conrad Siegel’s investment team manages over $9 billion in client assets (as of 6/30/2024).

In recent years, Duffy has played a central role in onboarding new investment consulting clients and led the development of the firm’s extensive fiduciary training program.
A part of the Conrad Siegel team since 2017, he has over 12 years of experience in the retirement plan and investment industry. He also holds top industry credentials, including the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant (QPFC) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designations.
Duffy lives in Lebanon with his wife and two children. He is actively involved in his community, currently serving as President of the Lebanon Rotary and is a graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area.
