Sean Duffy, QPFC, AIF®, Partner and Investment & Fiduciary Consultant at Conrad Siegel, has been named to the 2026 PLANADVISER Emerging Leaders list.
The annual list recognizes emerging professionals making an impact in the retirement plan industry. The honor is given to members of the retirement plan advisory industry who their managers and peers believe are poised to advance the profession in the future. To be considered, potential recipients must be nominated and have worked in the retirement plan advisory industry for at least three years, but no more than 15.
The program considers professionals from across the field, including advising, operations, client relations, data, and participant education.
At Conrad Siegel, Duffy specializes in retirement plan consulting, partnering with employers to design and maintain plans that support organizational goals and employees’ financial well-being.
He has developed deep expertise in defined contribution plans, with a focus on investment lineup oversight, retirement plan fees, and fiduciary risk management. Duffy was also named a Top Retirement Plan Adviser by PLANADVISER in 2025.
