Mackenzie is a Consulting Actuary where she focuses on corporate and municipal defined benefit plans. She plays an active role in guiding clients through government filings and standard plan terminations, helping ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. As a member of the firm’s transition team, Mackenzie also helps lead clients through complex plan transitions.
Since joining the firm in 2019, Mackenzie has advanced through several roles. She spent four years on the firm’s Defined Benefit Hotline, assisting plan participants, directly helping individuals understand their retirement benefits and navigate their options. This experience continues to shape her client work today—balancing technical accuracy with a responsive, client-focused approach. Mackenzie earned her B.S. in Actuarial Science, with a minor in Data Analytics, from Elizabethtown College and is actively pursuing her Fellow of the Society of Actuaries designation.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys playing volleyball, reading, baking, and cheering on the Hershey Bears.
