Kody Kegarise is an ESOP Manager with Conrad Siegel, where he works with the firm’s ESOP, Corporate Defined Benefit, and Attorney service teams. He serves as the administrator and reviewer for several Employee Stock Ownership Plans, helping clients manage plan operations, compliance requirements, and employee ownership programs.
Since joining Conrad Siegel after graduating from college, Kody has spent more than five years developing expertise in retirement plan administration and client service. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science and Economics from Lebanon Valley College and holds the Society of Actuaries’ Pre-Actuarial Foundations micro-credential. He is also pursuing the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential through ASPPA.
Outside of the office, Kody enjoys spending time with his wife, Lauren, their son, Ellis, and their two Labrador retrievers, Huxley and Finn. He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and other outdoor activities. A former quarterback for the Lebanon Valley College football team, Kody still enjoys playing flag football and following his favorite professional teams, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates.
