Hayden Cooper

As a member of Conrad Siegel’s Health & Welfare team, Hayden works with many self-funded and fully insured health benefit plans, specializing in school districts and school district trusts. His strengths include benefit and claim analysis, reserve and rate calculations, and tailoring reporting to support client goals. 
 
Hayden first joined Conrad Siegel as an actuarial intern in 2019, completing GASB valuations for post-employment benefit plans. In 2021, he joined the Health & Welfare team full-time as an actuarial analyst before transitioning to client manager in 2025. In his current role, Hayden keeps a strong pulse on emerging healthcare trends, turning complex industry shifts into clear, practical guidance for his peers and clients alike. 
 
Outside of work, Hayden enjoys spending quality time with his wife and cats. He can also often be found playing the guitar, catching a football game (Go Steelers!), or staying active on the softball diamond. And as a fantasy football enthusiast, he’s also often diving into data and podcasts to perfect his lineup each week!
