As Data Analytics Manager on our Health and Welfare team, Sheetal collaborates with IT to develop and maintain internal data systems, processes, and standard deliverables. She conducts healthcare research and analyzes data to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver actionable insights. Her strengths lie in translating technical data processes into practical business solutions while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
Sheetal joined Conrad Siegel in 2015 as an actuarial analyst, focusing on funding and accounting valuations, plan termination studies, and government filings for corporate defined benefit plans. After completing her Master’s degree in Computer Science, she transitioned to the Health and Welfare department, bringing together her actuarial background and technical skills to drive data-driven solutions.
Outside of work, Sheetal enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching movies, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
