Sean Duffy, QPFC, AIF®, Partner at Conrad Siegel, has been named to the Central Penn Business Journal’s 2025 Forty Under 40 List. Each year, the Central Penn Business Journal highlights forty of the region’s most accomplished young leaders for their professional excellence, commitment to growth, and dedication to community service.
At Conrad Siegel, Duffy specializes in retirement plan consulting, partnering with employers to design and maintain plans that support both organizational goals and employees’ financial well-being.
He has developed deep expertise in defined contribution plans, focusing on investment lineup oversight, retirement plan fees, and fiduciary risk management. Duffy was also named a Top Retirement Plan Adviser by PLANADVISER in 2025.
“I have worked closely with Sean for several years. Few individuals demonstrate the combination of technical expertise, servant leadership, and quiet confidence that he brings to the table every day.” said Tara Mashack-Behney, Partner and President of Investment Advisory Services at Conrad Siegel. “His leadership has made a meaningful impact on our clients, our firm, and our community. We are thrilled to see him recognized with this honor.”
Outside of his work at Conrad Siegel, Duffy is deeply involved in the community. He is an active and committed member of the Rotary Club of Lebanon, where he participates in hands-on service projects and youth development initiatives, and supports local nonprofits through fundraising and volunteer efforts.
The Central Penn Business Journal will recognize Duffy and the other honorees at a special event on Monday, October 27th at the Hilton Harrisburg. For more information about the Forty Under 40 list, please visit https://www.cpbj.com/event/forty-under-40/.
