Jenn leads Conrad Siegel’s communication strategy where she oversees participant education and innovation for our retirement plan clients and their employees. In her role, Jenn focuses on communicating with participants in a simple manner that builds meaningful experiences, giving people the tools and confidence they need to achieve their financial goals. Jenn specializes in integrating data and insights with consumer behavior to develop effective communication strategies.
A true innovator, Jenn has spent over 15 years in the financial industry, primarily in the marketing and communications division. Jenn began her career as a bank teller where she first witnessed consumer needs and how to communicate effectively in meeting those needs. It is that experience that lead Jenn to her future in marketing and communications. Combine this experience with her background in graphic design and Jenn brings a unique skillset to the forefront of Conrad Siegel’s employee education team.
Sleeves rolled up, Jenn enjoys checking items off of her to-do list. After chasing down the next great innovation strategy, Jenn spends her time chasing after her two children, Greyson and Adilyn with her husband, Michael. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active, so active that Jenn has achieved her black belt in Tae Kwan Do!
