Job Summary

At Conrad Siegel, the qualified candidate is a motivated, self-starter who has attained valuable industry experience allowing them to complete all job responsibilities independently and with merit. The Corporate Accountant reports to the Finance Committee Chair. They lead risk management projects, collaborate with corporate leaders, and enhance financial systems and processes. Daily responsibilities include cash flow management, approving payroll, supervision of accounting support staff member, and financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Enhance financial systems and processes
  • Direct and supervise Accounts Administrator
  • Provide back-up for Accounts Administrator
  • Complete financial reporting
  • Lead risk management projects
  • Review and approve bi-weekly payroll
  • Oversee cash flow management
  • Support corporate billing function
  • Coordinate with external CPAs on tax reporting and planning
  • Support annual corporate profitability analysis
  • Collaborate with corporate leaders
  • Review and select external finance vendors
  • Review and select external finance vendors


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation, preferred
  • Ability to complete projects independently
  • Ability to provide and review detailed documentation to a superior level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with and learn new computer software

Physical Requirements

While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to sit for several hours at a time. The employee is regularly required to operate a computer and telephone. Work environment includes an indoor office with uniform temperatures.

Working Hours & Expectations

This position is full-time exempt and requires an average of 40 hours per week. This position is hybrid, in office expectations and work from home flexibility.
