Holly specializes in retirement plan consulting for private sector employers, professional corporations, and tax-exempt organizations. She has special consulting expertise in nondiscrimination testing and is proficient in retirement plan consulting and actuarial valuations for defined benefit pension plans, consulting and administrative services for defined contribution retirement plans, government forms preparation, and pension accounting cost calculations. Holly also serves as a member of Conrad Siegel’s compliance and defined benefit committees.
Holly has been with Conrad Siegel for over two decades. Before joining the firm, she worked at The Hartford as an actuarial assistant where she developed a true love for the science of forecasting numbers. Her love of numbers extends into other aspects of her life, previously serving on the Red Land High School Music Boosters Executive Board for 5 years and as assistant financial secretary at her church. A natural leader, Holly was a Girl Scout Leader for 13 years, and on her local Girl Scout Service Unit Executive Board for 4 years.
Holly is a traveler who has visited all 50 states. She and her husband enjoy spending time with her three daughters, especially attending college and professional orchestra/band concerts that they perform in. Holly is a staunch Pittsburgh Pirates fan and also enjoys reading and watching ice skating.
