Ashley specializes in corporate defined benefit and municipal pension plans. She works with private sector employers, tax-exempt organizations, and municipal clients and is proficient in actuarial valuations and pension accounting for corporate and municipal defined benefit pension plans and related defined benefit pension calculations and projections. Ashley is a problem-solver at heart and a natural people-person, so it’s fitting she is a member of the transition team that provides smooth transition and a positive experience for new clients. The team works closely with Conrad Siegel’s IT staff to enhance systems, make a better product, and create more efficient processes.
Math was always a second language to Ashley who tutored throughout college helping students understand complex problems in simple terms. One of the most rewarding aspects of her position at Conrad Siegel is being able to use this personal approach to help clients solve business challenges that deliver real-world positive outcomes for employers and their employees.
Ashley isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty, both figuratively and literally, whether she’s tackling complex problems for clients or taking on home improvement projects. She follows the methodology of Abrams in either case: “When eating an elephant, take one bite at a time.” When not solving problems, she can usually be found channeling her creativity into a new craft or spending time with her daughter.
